Tidal Wave is a highly potent and celebrated hybrid strain of Psilocybe cubensis mushrooms, renowned for winning the 2021 Psilocybin Cup and for being the parent strain of the famous “Enigma” mutation. It is a cross between the B+ and Penis Envy strains, combining the fast colonization and resilience of B+ with the high potency of Penis Envy. In the 2021 Psilocybin Cup (now Hyphae Cup), a Tidal Wave sample recorded a 3.8% total tryptamine content, one of the highest ever recorded, surpassing many traditional Penis Envy strains.
